Ryan Norkoli, PE - Civil Engineer

 

Ryan Norkoli is the Construction Manager for HDL and a graduate of Michigan Technological University.  He has 10 years of experience with four years in Alaska.  Ryan has successfully administered the construction of multi-disciplinary design-build projects for publically and privately funded projects with individual budgets of up to $100 million.   Ryan was the Independent Construction Quality Manager for the Glenn/Bragaw Interchange project ($30 million) and the project engineer for construction of the City of Palmer's Southwest Utility Extension project ($11.3 million).  Ryan has broad design experience including hydrology studies, hydraulic modeling, geotechnical studies, airport and remediation design.  Typically Ryan will manage a project staff of up to five team members including staff engineers, inspectors and material testing technicians.  Ryan spends much of his free time enjoying the many outdoor activities Alaska has to offer.
