Land surveying and the creation of a base map are often the first task of any project. Clients as well as other design disciplines rely on the accuracy and timely completion of this initial survey.  At HDL, we understand this and have developed proven survey methods and quality control programs to deliver quality survey products on time and at a competitive price.  Our ability to provide these quality products and services relies entirely on our dedicated staff.  HDL's three licensed surveyors along with six field and office technicians have over 100 years of Alaska surveying experience.Our services include Boundary/Design/Topographic surveys, subdivisions, as-builts and plot plans, construction staking, ALTA/ACSM as-built surveys, route surveys and trail mapping, planning, platting and zoning variances, section line verification/vacation, ROW mapping easement preparation, obstructions and aeronautical surveys and GIS data collection and management.
