Water Resources Engineering

HDL provides water resources engineering for a variety of clients and project types including municipal watershed management, roadway construction, airport construction, master planning, and utility planning.  Our services include Stormwater Management Modeling (EPA SWMM and SUSTAIN) Hydrologic and Hydraulic Analysis and Design, Flood Plain Analysis, HEC RAS Modeling, Fish Passage Design, and Water Distribution Modeling (WaterCAD).
