Construction Administration and Testing
Our Construction Administration team approaches clients’ projects as if they are our own. We keep projects running smoothly by providing project oversight and field inspections to ensure proper protocol is followed with each step.
We act as “an extension of your staff” to meet your safety and quality expectations, maintain clear communication, work with the Contractor to stay on schedule, resolve issues at the lowest possible level, and control the project costs.
To accompany our construction administration services, HDL has designated professional engineers and technicians who conduct field inspections and materials testing to ensure project specifications are met during the construction phase. Our American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) accredited lab in Palmer provides soil, concrete, and asphalt testing.
Our WAQTC- and ACI-certified staff are trained to provide accurate results on tight schedules. We provide both Quality Control and Quality Assurance testing to meet our client’s needs – from urban communities to remote villages. Our licensed Special Inspection team routinely provides and coordinates inspections for soils, concrete, masonry, structural wood, fireproofing, and structural steel.
